Welcome!
Welcome to your one stop shop for everything about rowing in the Fox Valley.
The Fox Valley Rowing Club (FVRC) is a non-profit community rowing organization that focuses on providing rowing for everyone. Our club offers instruction and training for people of all ages and abilities that row competitively or just for fun and fitness. The club attends variou
s regattas throughout the Midwest and also holds social activities a for its members. The FVRC was established in 1989 and has continued to thrive over the years as it serves the Fox Valley Area with a population of approximately 200,000.
The FVRC is located at an ideal location on the banks of the Fox River in Telulah Park in Appleton, WI. We are situated on a 5000+ meter section of the Fox River that is sheltered by tall banks and trees giving us very nice water for rowing. We have a new 60 foot floating dock that was just installed in 2007 to launch and recover the rowing shells. FVRC rows out of a large two bay boathouse that we share with the Lawrence University Crew.
