
Equipment
The club started our with two used eights and two used fours purchased from the University of Wisconsin. Over the years, the club's fleet has grown to include the following boats:

The Dana Christa, a Kaschper 8x shared by the club and Lawrence University and named for the daughter of one of the donors who helped purchase the boat.
​
The Emmitt Finn, a Vespoli 4+ named for the first grandson of Hans and MJ Wurster, who were long-time members and supporters of the club.
​
The Spirit of Appleton, a Kaschper 4+ named
after our hometown.
​
The Walt Gary, a Vespoli 4+ shared by the club
and Lawrence University and named for one of the
founders of the club, who passed away in 2014.
​
The Althea Heimbach, a Vespoli 4+ shared by the
club and Lawrence University and named for a
long-time rowing coach at Downer College for
Women who was inducted into Lawrence's Hall of Fame in 1997.
​
The Ellen C. McAlesse, a Kaschper 2x named for a
long-time member and former coach of the club.
The MLo, a 2014 Pocock 4x, named after long-time
club member Mike Lokensgard.
An as-yet-unnamed Pocock 2x, along with two singles,
a Hudson and a Pienert 26.
